- Ted Moore submitted a 2 page response (PDF). Includes 50-75 apartments, office space, retail, skate park, auditorium. States no hotel as it would be opposed by the community and generate more tourist traffic. Mentions community engagement as necessary.
- Goode/Shamshiri/Ebbink/Svensson submitted a 1 page response (PDF). Hotel only, without any detail on size.
The OUSD board chose the SVS Dev proposal (option 1) using a “highest and best use” criteria.
